Corneal FLAAK (keratopigmentation) performed by our ophthalmologist Paris with biocompatible pigments consists of two key steps

The Laser Step : It consists of creating a micro-tunnel using a femtosecond laser (VISUMAX) in the periphery of the cornea, while respecting the central pupillary zone to preserve vision.

The Pigment Step : The surgeon uses the created space to deposit the pigments evenly, like a painter with a brush, until the desired coloration is achieved.

A painless and fast keratopigmentation procedure

The intervention is performed under local anesthesia (eye drops) and lasts less than an hour.
